Further to our recent telephone conversation and your subsequent supply of 20th August letter for which I am grateful.

With regret this does not have a bearing on the issues already raised. The content of this letter primarily hinges around your wanting the valuations taken by the Society, something which I have previously advised will not be forthcoming owing to reasons of confidentiality.

Your letter also closes by stating you intend taking no further action. Accordingly matters have not changed since my last letter to you.
