Abbey National/Eversheds Caseload record

The numbers in this screenshot don't match what Abbey National told this customer when she queried how Abbey National had sold her repossessed home for £1,300. Abbey told her that a surveyor valued her flat at £2,000 (in a letter tinged with sarcasm, which you can see here). But this screenshot suggests the least the flat was valued for was twice that amount and possibly three times that amount.

This screenshot was obtained from Abbey National's debt collecting lawyer Eversheds. Abbey National's customer served a Subject Access Rights Notice on Eversheds to obtain the screenshot.
