----< Fraudulent mortgage applications >-------
Does your problem involve the lender making mortgage
applications on your behalf, with or without your
permission? Does it involve the lender adding details
about you to a mortgage application on your behalf,
whether those details were accurate or inaccurate?
If it does, I need to hear from you. I know several of you have told me that you think your mortgage lender wrote your mortgage application form for you. The reason I haven't contacted you directly is that I can't search my email files for "lender altered my mortgage application" and guarantee that I hit on the exact phrasing you used in your email to me.
So I need you to contact me. The reason is that two customers that allege that this has happened are close to bringing action against their lender and I want to be able to pool your experiences to help you all. Mail me at repossession at bigfoot dot com
----< Guardian alleges Experian "blackmail" >---------

----< Complain about Grabbey's advertising >----
They say they are stress-free. You say their stress is
anything but free.
Now a reader has complained to the Independent Television Commission (ITC) about Grabbey's advertising campaign. He says its claim that it is "stress-free" is, erm, less than accurate.
He's pointed out to us that ITC is more likely to act if it also receives complaints from other Grabbey customers.
If you feel that Grabbey National does not deliver the
stress-free experience that its adverts promise, tell
the ITC why at:

----< MIGs could be illegal >----
So says the Sunday Times, which last week highlighted
how Concept Management helped an Essex couple fight off
bankruptcy proceedings over their shortfall.
Although a week old at the time of writing, the story is
still visible at:
