Repossession is complex and lenders often make mistakes - usually taking too little care over the price they sell your property for. They often don’t realise when they’ve done this and when they do they rarely admit to it. The only way you can spot and prove mistakes is to have comprehensive records of your own.

Having your own records helps you negotiate in the aftermath of a repossession. As you begin to understand how lenders tackle things they will give you the confidence to stand up for yourself.
