CIFAS complaint - unclear categories?

CIFAS complaint: "The categorisations could be made clearer (see the information below supplied by Credit Reference Agencies with copies of consumer files)"

Our response: We use the same categories as Experian and Equifax used on the credit references results we obtained from them. Our searches of MCL Software's Hunter database were blank so we are unable to replicate how a positive Hunter result looks.
