We note that you have now removed references to Mr (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) from certain parts of your website.

However, in the archive section of your website Mr (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) is identified by name in the newsletter dated 1 September 1999. We presume this is an oversight on your part. Please remove Mr 's (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) name forthwith.

We also note that reference continues to be made to Mr 's (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) requests that you remove his name from the website and the distress that this is causing him. We refer to the main section of your website which contains "CIFAS correspondence" where you refer to Mr (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) requiring removal of his name from your website. We further refer to the archive section of your website and the parts of the newsletters dated 1 September 1999 ("CIFAS threatens Home Repossession Page") and 16 September 1999 ("CIFAS gets upset. Again").

We have previously requested that you remove reference to Mr 's (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) complaint. We again presume your failure to do so is merely an oversight. Please remove these sections from your website forthwith.
