This distress is not caused solely as a result of a possible link between these telephone calls and your website. It is also the fact of publication of his name and these details on the website which is distressing Mr (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) . This having been explained to you now on a number of occasions, there can be no other reason to single out Mr (Censored due to Cifas's legal threats) for this attention other than to distress him.
Please remove his name and references to him from your website forthwith.
