The society has been notified by the following that the sum of £3,166.77 is outstanding in respect of charges due under the lease.
Name of Company - KLINE HOWELL FINANCE
We have also been informed that if the overdue sum is not paid promptly, proceedings will be commenced to forfeit the lease.
The Society obviously wishes to protect its security, and I must advise you that if it is informed that the outstanding sum has not been paid following the expiry of the next fourteen days, it may have no other alternative than to make payment on your behalf and debit your mortgage account. You will appreciate that the Society cannot guarantee that the above sum is the total amount outstanding and further costs may become due. It is possible therefore that if the Society is obliged to make payment on your behalf it may not equate to the sum quoted however you will of course be informed of any payment made.
I trust however, that such action will not be necessary, and that you deal with this matter accordingly. Should you be in dispute with your landlord please contact me immediately with supporting evidence as this could clearly have a bearing on the Society's decision to make payment of the sums claimed on your behalf.
